Am I guaranteed a return?

Yes. There is always a risk with property investment, but we haven’t failed to deliver what we’ve promised yet. Your investment will be backed by our business, and you’ll have a legally binding contract to safeguard your money.

We have a team of architects, designers, tradespeople, legal and financial specialists making sure we deliver what we say we can.

Is it a charity project?

No. We could just make charitable donations from our business profits, but we wanted to do something unique. We wanted to meet with the people we help and see the difference we make to their lives.

And we didn’t want to simply give people handouts. We wanted to create something that would help them build the capital they need to change their lives, as well as give them the skills to succeed in their own property investment journey.

The Uneek Investment Project isn’t a charity, it’s a partnership – we make money, and you make money. Investing in Uneek is an investment in your future.

Once paid out, The investor must give 4% of their investment including profits to a charity of Uneek Homes choice.

Uneek Homes are doing this because it is good to help others in need that may not be able to do this product.

Can I invest more than £1000?

Yes. We work with investments of any size, but we recommend starting small. That way, we can prove it works, and you can decide if property investment is right for you. We view our projects as partnerships, so it’s important that you trust us and we trust you.

For bigger investments, the percentage return is smaller, and the time before your pay-out is longer, so it makes sense to start with £1000. Plus, a smaller investment means we can open this opportunity up to more people – we want to give everyone a chance to benefit.

What will you do with my money?

We’ll put your money toward one of our property projects. Every project is different, but you’ll be kept informed every step of the way. 

Your Uneek Investment Project may involve commercial property or residential property. It may be a property that needs a huge renovation or a property that needs some minor works. It may be a property being made ready for sale, or it may be a property that will be rented out.

Whatever the project, you’ll see exactly where your money is going. You can visit the site, meet with members of the Uneek team, ask questions, learn about investment and see behind the scenes of a property transformation. You can even help out with the decorating if you fancy it.
